UPDATED: 20th September 2006

I decided that a bit of a change to the Previews page was needed, seeing as the majority of the games listed here are never likely to be finished and have in fact been long since abandoned. So this page will now contain the games I'm actually working on and the ones I intend to work on in the foreseeable future. While:

Drifting Aimlessly will list the games that have got lost somewhere but which I intend to get back to one day.

Off The Rails will list the ones that got away. There's a slim chance I might go back to some of them one day and finish them off, but don't bet money on it.

WITHOUT A CLUE

Blurb: "I never knew when I was assigned to the case of Lola Clavelle that it was the case that would make my career. All I had to do was find out who had killed her... which would be the hardest thing I ever did."

Hopefully my entry in the Spring Thing 2007... if it gets done in time. A huge, sprawling detective game likely to be the biggest game I ever write.

SCARLET

Blurb: "Little did you know when you rushed into the burning building to rescue the woman in distress (so unlike you that you suspect you were actually sleepwalking that day) that you had just taken the first step on the road to becoming the world's latest superhero. And in a world populated by the likes of Fyreball, the Destructor and Viper, the world is in desperate need of all the superheroes it can get..."

This is going to be a big game. Very big. I'm guessing somewhere in the region of 800+ KB or thereabouts and is likely to take the majority of 2006 to finish. But hopefully (fingers crossed!) it'll be worth it...

SOPHIE'S QUEST

Blurb: "The evil skeleton lord is dead but so, alas, are your brave companions. But you have the chance to bring them back to life. You just have to travel across the Land of the Dead and to the ancient fortress of the former ruler of the world. Oh, and defeat the Cult of Chaos in the bargain. Should be a piece of cake.".

Originally this was going to follow the first game in the series, Sophie's Adventure, in the early party of 2004, but one thing led to another and, nearly two years later, it's still not done. Overall it's likely to be a smaller game than Sophie's Adventure but still a fairly large one.
