A list of all the games announced on the main ADRIFT Forum. As to how many of these games will ever get released is all pretty much in the hands of the Gods (and the people writing them of course) but it'll be interesting to see how many are still here come the end of 2004. Titles in greyed-out text have been released.

The Body In The Airing Cupboard
Sir Hedley De Capita has been murdered! Beheaded no less! But help is at hand; who should be visiting the little village of Saint Bartholemew-on-the-Bog but Miss Agatha Tweedle, amateur sleuth and all-round nosey old biddy. Can she solve the mystery of Sir Hedley's death without killing everybody else in the process? Is the eponymous peer's death somehow related to the unexpected cucumber famine? And what has been hidden at the bottom of the ha-ha? Does anybody know the answer to these questions, because I'm not sure I do...

Another game for the Summer Comp: a gamebook written as an IF game. Bit fiddly getting the format to work to begin with but got it working now and it was surprisingly fun to write. I think it might well be the first of many. The only awkward bits are making sure I've covered all the various branches in the storyline which gets harder the larger the game gets.

a sequel of sorts to Lovecraft's story, set in outer space in the future.

A port of an old italian adventure. 95% developed, but after the beta, I decided to "rewrite" it to fit better all the enhancements.

It's for the Maze section of the summer mini comp. Basically the story is that you are hoping to join a Warrior's Guild but must pass a test first, The Gauntlet. It's kind of similar to a short Zelda game, where you have to accomplish different tasks to continue through the dungeon.

mystery set in the 50's. You play a private eye hired by a fading starlet to locate her missing husband.

a semi-educational exploration of the human body in an attempt to save a patient through miniaturization (based on the movie "Fantastic Voyage").

formerly part of an University assignment, this game has now become one I want to make work. Bit of a stealth-action adventure where the player must infiltrate a Baby Milk Company which is actually a front for an illegal munitions factory. Deal with guards, security, and the evil head of the factory himself, all with just a tranquilizer gun and your wits...
by Shadrick
kind of a anti-war story, a little on the experimental side.

Set in the 1930's, Amelia Earhart is kidnapped by aliens. This would be a cliffhanger serial adventure.

5-6 chapters, 7-8 hours of play. Still in sketch design. And... I've decided to write it directly in english. Plan 1 year of work. There will be probably an "alpha" around November-December.

A one room game set in the high-powered world of the office decorator as one man battles against the odds to get a room painted. I felt an epic idea was called for and this is it.

One roomer for David's mini-comp (if I can get it done in time). The tavern in Lord of the Rings.

Multiple paths through this surreal game with many changing viewpoints. Most likely the game I'll be entering in this year's IFComp.
by Davidw
I'd describe it as being like The PK Girl in a Wallachian monastery. It's a story based game with logical puzzles where you, a Wallachian soldier find yourself recovering in a monastery after a crushing defeat to the raging Ottomans. If you remember when I asked about historical IF earlier this year regarding using contemporary words (contemporary for the game's setting: the 14th Century) then this is the game I was talking about.

modern day detective mystery. Early stages but very promising. Writing this I have the same enjoyment and feeling when I wrote "Woods" so I am confident this will be finished.

The evil skeleton lord is dead but so, alas, are your brave companions. But you have the chance to bring them back to life. You just have to travel across the Land of the Dead and to the ancient fortress of the former ruler of the world. Oh, and defeat the Cult of Chaos in the bargain. Should be a piece of cake.

You play a scientist who decides to test a new teleport on himself. Instead of teleporting him across the room it sends him to the strange planet of Iloofrax where the sky is dark green and everything is infested with gnomes.

As a famous Genetic Scientist, you've already uncovered the link between an ancient extinct race and strands of alien DNA embedded in the code of other races. As the Rosemon Institute comes under attack in the 1000-year war, your journey begins to find out why the Orgaans don't want you to rediscover the "Founders".
by Tech

The plot is simple, may be you shouldn’t have kicked that poor old Gipsy Lady into the street yesterday (and thrown her things after her). Has the curse she put on you come true?

you play the part of Jack Thompson who has managed to steal Johnson's Willow Tree from its London home. You have a buyer in New York but can you avoid capture? The plot and locations are nearly complete and it will hopefully see the light of day during 2005.
